

Survivors of trafficking and slavery: Exhibition at the MShed
Over the weekend we were very excited to have had our Survivors of Trafficking and Slavery Exhibition shown at the MShed. Photographs were taken by 7 women who are survivors of trafficking and modern day slavery. The women are from Albania, Nigeria, Romania, Eritrea and America and are all living in Bristol.
We chose specifically to show the voices of survivors in the MShed as it is building that overlooks the docks where slave trade used to take place. We wanted to show the


The Big Screen: Work from survivors of sexual violence
This week we showed work from survivors of sexual violence shown on The Big Screen in Millennium Square. It was powerful to have the voices of survivors, in the form of imagery and video, shown at such a scale in the centre of the city. It was particularly important seeing them in an area that many women experience the issues that were being addressed.
